  Pine Grove East M.B. Church will have their Annual Choir Day Saturday, August 18, beginning at 5 p.m. “All choirs are asked for an A&B selection,” says Sis. Laura Caldwell, choir president. “Everyone is cordially invited to attend,” states Pastor Johnny Roland and the Pine Grove Church family.

    Pleasant Grove (Bryant) and Sanders Chapel (Water Valley) Churches will be having a Rummage Sale August 18, starting at 6 a.m. at Covington Place in Coffeeville, located down from the Dollar General Store. There will also be a Fish Fry and Car Wash. “Come out and help support our youth department,” states Pastor Mitchell Steen.

Sunday, August 19

    Sanders Chapel M.B. Church will have their Annual Men’s and Women’s Day Program August 19, beginning at 3 p.m. Guest speaker will be Rev. Lawrence Matthews.     “Everyone is invited to come out and worship with us during this special program,” stated Rev. Mitchell Steen, pastor, and the Sanders Chapel Church family.

    Pastor Eric Nelson and members of Chapel M.B. Church invite everyone to come out and worship with them as they celebrate their church anniversary Sunday, August 19. Guest Speaker for the evening service will be Rev. George Forrest, pastor of Rocky Mt. Church.

    Spring Hill South Church will have their Youth Day Program Sunday, August 19, beginning at 3 p.m. The speaker will be Minister Jonathan Roberson, age 13. He is a member of The Common People Church C.O.G.I.C. in Memphis.
    “Everyone is invited to attend this special program. Come and be a blessing, because you will truly be blessed,” says Rev. William Jones, pastor.

    Springhill North M.B. Church will have their Choir Day Sunday, August 19, beginning at 3 p.m.
    “Everyone is invited to come out and help us lift up the name of Jesus through song,” says Rev. Sammy Townes, pastor.                                                                                            

                                                                                                                                August 23,24 & 25

    The annual revival at Jumpers Chapel Congregational Methodist Church will be held Thursday through Saturday, August 23, 24, and 25, beginning at 7 p.m. each evening. Bro. Charles Keel of Delay Baptist Church will be bringing the messages.     
    “All who have ever had the privilege of hearing Bro. Charles preach the Word knows that he loves the Lord and can touch your heart in a special way,” stated Rev. Joel Jones, pastor.
    On Sunday, August 26, homecoming services will be held at 11 a.m. A fellowship meal will be served immediately following Homecoming Activities in the fellowship hall.
    In addition, the annual meeting of interested individuals of the Jumpers Chapel CMC Cemetery will be held at approximately 1:15 p.m. “Please come and join us in this time of praise and worship of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and fellowship with Christian friends,” concluded Rev. Jones.

  The Pine Grove West Church Family is having their church anniversary on August 26, beginning at 2:30 p.m. Speaker for this service will be Pastor Tommy Goodwin from Charleston. “Everyone is invited to attend this special service,” stated Pastor Cleveland Alexander.

Church will be celebrating its Annual Church Anniversary, August 26, beginning at 3 p.m.  The guest speaker for this occasion will be Reverend Eric Nelson, pastor of Church Hill M.B.
