The Spring Hill North M.B. Church Child Care will host a Fish Fry and Carwash Saturday, September 29, from 7 a.m.-2 p.m. The Carwash will begin at 7 a.m. and the Fish Fry at 10 a.m. Fish plates will consist of fish, two sides, bread and dessert for $6. Fish sandwiches will be $3. Carwash is $10 for inside and out for cars and $15 for SUVs and Trucks.

Sunday, September 30

  Bro. Rickey Harris and the Tillatoba Baptist Church Family wish to invite everyone to Homecoming 2007, “Memories of Days Past”, on Sunday, September 30. Bro. Mike Ramage of Parkway Baptist Church in Hernando will be the guest speaker. Sunday School will be from 9:45 until 10:30 a.m. There will be a time of fellowship from 10:30 until 11:00 a.m. and Worship Service will begin at 11:00 a.m. Everyone is invited to bring their favorite covered dish for the meal at Noon.

Woodland Hills Baptist Church will conclude their month-long revival series this Sunday with a Fifth Sunday Night Favorite Hymn Sing, beginning at 6:15 p.m. Under the direction of Travis York, the congregation will sing hymns requested. Church Pianist Sammie Cobern will be the accompanist. “Everyone is cordially invited to attend this service,” says Rev. Ken Izzard, pastor.

October 1 – October 5

     Miles Memorial C.M.E. Church will be having their annual fall revival October 1 through October 5, beginning at 7 p.m. nightly. Rev. Jerome Battle of St. Paul United Methodist Church of Batesville will be the speaker for the week. “Come and be blessed,” invites Rev. Adam Tyson, pastor.

Sunday, October 7

 Sanders Chapel Missionary Baptist Church will have their Pastor Aid Program October 7th, beginning  at 3 p.m. Pastor Eric Nelson of Chapter Hill Missionary Baptist Church will deliver the message for that day.  Program Guide is Sis. Ann Matthews. “We would like to have your presence there. Please come out and celebrate with us,” invites Pastor Mitchell Steen and the Sanders Chapel Church Family.

  The Bayson Chapel M.B. Church Family would like to invite you to come and worship with them on their 53rd Lord Acre/Harvest Day Program October 7, beginning at 2 p.m. Minister Jerome Battle, along with his church family, St. Paul M.B. Church, will be guests for that evening. Lunch will be served following the regular service, which begins at 11 a.m. “Please come out and help us lift up the name of the Lord and give thanks for all that God has done for us,” invites Rev.   Once again the Spring Hill North Church Family will be celebrating their Annual Women’s Day Program on Sunday, October 14, beginning at 3 p.m. “We are looking forward to this occasion, and hope that you will come out and be a part of the fellowship,” stated Rev. Sammy Townes, pastor.

Oak Grove C.M.E. Church will have their youth day program Oct. 14, beginning at 3 p.m. The speaker will be Rev. Gregory Henderson from 1st Pleasant Grove M.B. Church, Gore Springs. Snacks will be provided after the program. “Come out and help us lift up the name of Jesus on this day,” invites Pastor Michael Stephens and the Oak Grove Church Family.     The program is being sponsored by the Youth Department, which Denise Harris serves as president.

The Choir Day Program that was scheduled for October 20th, at 6 p.m. in Miles Memorial CME Church has been postponed to a later date. “The new date will be announced,” stated Sis. Cynthia Shegog, Choir President.

    “Please come out as we sing praises to our Lord, for He is worthy to be praised,” concluded Sis. Shegog.

Union Hill CME Church will have their Harvest Day Program October 28th, beginning at 2:30 p.m. Rev. Walter Hoof of Memphis will be the guest speaker. “Everyone is invited to attend this special service,” states Pastor James Johnson and Sponsor Florine Holmes.
