    There will be an ordination service at Chapel Hill M.B. Church on Nov. 25, beginning at 3 p.m. Geraldine C. Booker, will be ordained in answer to her calling from Jesus Christ.

    “Everyone is warmly invited to come and worship the Lord with us on this special occasion,” stated Pastor Eric Nelson.

    Oak Grove C.M.E. Church will have their Harvest Day Program on Sunday, November 25, beginning at 3 p.m. Rev. Johnny Roland and the Pine Grove Church Family will be guests for the afternoon. “Please come out and share in a spirit filled afternoon of praise and thanks,” states Pastor Stephens.

  The Moorse Chapel A.M.E.. Zion Church will have their Harvest Day Program Sunday, November 25, beginning at 11 a.m. Minister Emmanuel (Scooby) Dudley of Killeen, Texas will deliver the morning message. Elder Marcus Dudley, pastor, and the Moorse Chapel Church Family invites everyone to share in this special day. “Come and bless the Lord with us,” states Pastor Dudley.

 John Wesley White, Jr.. will be speaking at Bayson Chapel Church Sunday, November 25, at 11 a.m. Mr. White is pastor of Leap of Faith M.B. Church in Chicago, Illinois. He is a son of John Wesley White, Sr. and the late Margaret Hurt White. His grandparents are the late Leslie White and Georgia White of Water Valley. “You will be blessed if you come and hear this young man speak.” says Pastor Amos Sims.

  Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church will celebrate its 120th church anniversary on Sunday, November 25, at 2:30 p.m. Elder Marcus Dudley and the Moorse Chapel A.M.E. Zion Church will be the special guests for the celebration service.

    “Please join us as we commemorate scores of grace, mercy, faith and endurance,” invites Minister Mitchell Steen, pastor. A fellowship luncheon will be served immediately after morning worship. “We look forward to sharing this momentous occasion,” concluded Pastor Steen. Program Committee members are Tom Covington, Henry Jackson, Nathaniel Kee, and Alex Jones.

Sunday, December 2

    Miles Memorial C.M.E. Church will be having their annual choir day program Sunday, Dec. 2, beginning at 3 p.m.

    “We are asking all choirs, groups, and soloists to render two selections of your choice,” stated Sis. Cynthia Shegog, Choir President. “Please come out and be a part of this program as we sing praises to our Lord, for he is worthy to be praised,” says Rev. Adam Tyson, pastor.

  Everdale M.B. Church will have their Musician Appreciation Program Sunday, December 2, beginning at 3 p.m. Everyone is invited to help them honor their dedicated musicians that God has blessed the church with. “Please come out and be blessed during this very joyous celebration,” says Rev. Phillip Brackett, pastor, Sister Julia Cox, Choir President, and Sister Sandra Woodard, church clerk.
