The First United Methodist Church in Water Valley (next to Post Office) invites everyone to come for a spaghetti fundraiser on December 9, from noon to 3 p.m. This event will support a foreign mission trip to Nicaragua in June, 2008.
Donations will be greatly appreciated. There will also be miscellaneous house items such as candles, what-nots, etc., for sale. Supporting this foreign mission trip will allow the congregation to fulfill the Great Commission given to His churches and gives us the blessing of allowing the Lord to use us to change the lives of others, said a church spokesman.
