White – Turner To Wed

    S.T. and Edna White of Water Valley announce the engagement of their daughter Thomasina White to Keith Turner, son of Ruby Neely of Water Valley.

    The couple will exchange vows on March 22, 2008, at 4 p.m. at Bayson Chapel Missionary Baptist Church in Water Valley, MS. A reception will follow in Coffeeville.

    The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Mrs. Lucille Gooch and the late James H Gooch of Water Valley and the late Winston and Essie White of Water Valley.  A 1994 graduate of Water Valley High School, she attended the University of Mississippi where she earned of a Bachelors of Art Degree in Criminal Justice and Minor in Sociology.  She is currently employed with Mechanics Bank of Water Valley, as an EDP/IS Coordinator.

    The prospective groom is the grandson of Mrs. Elizabeth Turner of Charleston, MS and the late Mr. Turner.  A 1995 graduate of Water Valley High School, he attended Northwest Community College, Senatobia, MS and transferred to Langston University, Langston, OK where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Recreational Therapy.  He is currently employed with Tri Lake Mechanics.
