The Yalobusha Baptist Association will host a One-Night Revival Thursday, April 10, beginning at 7 p.m. at the Elam Baptist Church in Coffeeville
Evangelist Danny Lanier will be the guest speaker and Rev. Jimmy Hood will lead in praise and worship.
Everyone is invited to join us for this great one night event.
Saturday, April 12
Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church, located at 985 CR 169, Coffeeville, will honor their musicians, Brothers Lee Matthews, Jr., Oscar Dudley, and Dalvin Harris, during their Musician’s Love Day. This occasion is scheduled for April 12, beginning at 6 p.m.
“It would be an honor and a privilege for us to have you join us in this worship and praise experience with selections from your choir, soloists, groups and liturgical dancers are welcomed as well,” stated Pastor Lee V. Matthews, Sr. and the Hopewell family. Everyone is invited to attend.

The Mt. Moriah District Association will sponsor their annual Leadership Conference on Saturday, April 12, from 9:30 a.m. until noon. Fee for this conference is $5 per person and can be paid at the registration table, which will open at 9 a.m.
The speaker will be Rev. Anthony Barnes, pastor of Spring Hill North Baptist Church and Assistant Superintendent of the Water Valley School District.
Rev. Barnes will be addressing the leadership of the Mt. Moriah District Association, with a message of encouragement and direction. The Conference is open to everyone and refreshments will be served.
Sunday, April 13
The Green Goshen C.M.E. Church Family is hosting Four Gospel Writers Program on April 13, beginning at 2:30 p.m. Guests speakers will be: Rev. Adam Tyson, pastor of Miles Memorial C.M.E. Church of Water Valley; Rev. James Johnson, pastor of Union Hill C.M.E. Church, Water Valley; Rev. Michael Stephens, pastor of Oak Grove C.M.E. Church, Water Valley; and Rev. Brian Davis, pastor of Carr’s Chapel C.M.E. Church, Oakland.
“Come one, come all, and let us give God the Praise as these four speakers bring us the word of God for God’s people,” stated Pastor Cherodrick Jeffries.
April 13 – 16
Sanders Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, Water Valley, will have their Spring Revival April 27-29, beginning at 7 p.m. each night. On April 27 the speaker will be Evangelist Pamela Pomerlee. On the 28, the speaker will be Minister Stephanie Forrest. On April 29, speaking will be Minister KaKecha Logan.
“We hope to see you for this joyous occasion,” stated Pastor Mitchell Steen and the Sanders Chapel Church family.
Mt. Liberty Church will be in revival April 13 through 16. Sunday evening services will begin at 6 p.m. Monday through Wednesday evening services will begin at 7 p.m. Rev. Wayne Logan from Watchman Baptist Church, Thaxton, will bring messages each night. Rev. Justin Gates and his congregation invite everyone to attend these services.
