    Miles Memorial C.M.E. Church will have its Pastor and Wife Appreciation Program Sunday, July 13, beginning at 3 p.m. Minister Rafaele Robinson will be the guest speaker for the 11 a.m. morning worship service. Rev. Willie Hoey, pastor of Pleasant Hill and Robert Chapel, will be the guest speakers for the 3 p.m. service. Lunch will be served from 1 until 2:30 p.m.

    Everyone is invited to come out and be a part of this special program as we honor our pastor and his wife, Rev. and Mrs. Adam Tyson, stated the Miles Memorial Church family.

July 14 – 18

    Vacation Bible School (VBS) will be held at Woodland Hills Baptist Church Monday through Friday, July 14-18, from 6 to 8:15 p.m. each evening. VBS theme this year is “Outrigger Island.” Classes, structures to help students surf and explore the Word of God, will be available for pre-school, grades 1-3, grades 4-6, and grades 7-12.

    All young people are invited to attend and enjoy spiritual learning sessions, wonderful music, delicious refreshments, creative crafts, and exciting recreation. Bro.     Vacation Bible School will be held July 14-18 at Faith Baptist Church from 6:30-8:30 p.m. each night. “It’s time for VBS Good News Games. Grab your Bibles and tie up your shoes for the event of the summer,” says Pastor Bob Hill. For more information call (662) 473-1661.

    Pleasant Green Church of Water Valley have revival services from July 14-18, beginning at 7 p.m. nightly. The evangelist for the week will be Rev. Mark Connor, pastor of Mount Zion Sledge M.B. Church. “Each and everyone is invited to attend these services,” stated Rev. Preston Gleeton, pastor.

    Vacation Bible School, with the theme of “Outrigger Island”, will be held at Union West Baptist Church July 14-18, from 6 – 8:30 p.m. each night. There will be classes for three years-old to youth. The church is located at 794 CR 313, Oxford.

July 20 – 23

    Bethel Baptist Church of Water Valley will hold their summer revival beginning July 20-23.  Dr. Gene Henderson of Brandon will be the guest Evangelist.  Former Minister of Music, Bro. Steve Frederick, will lead in praise and worship.  Service time for Sunday will be 11 a.m. with pot luck dinner following, and evening services at 6 p.m.      

    Monday through Wednesday night services will begin at 7 p.m. We extend an invitation to the public to join us at Bethel.
