The fees for campsites range from $5 per night for a site in a primitive campground to $10-$20 a night for a site with electrical hookups in a Class “A” campground. Certain Corps recreation facilities in the Vicksburg District are included in the National Recreation Reservation System. Visitors can reserve these Class A campsites up to 6 months in advance of the date of use by phoning a nationwide toll free number, 1-877-444-6777. However, between 10 and 40 percent of the Class A campsites at the four lakes are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
