The pastor and church family of Pine Grove East M.B. Church invites everyone to a special evening as they welcome and ordain their newest deacon, Bro. LaKreston Willingham. The service will be held Saturday, January 17, beginning at 4 p.m. The ordination message will be delivered by Rev. Amos Sims, pastor of Bayson Chapel M.B. Church. “Everyone is invited to come and support our candidate,” stated Pastor Johnnie Roland.
Saturday, January 24
Sarepta Baptist Church, located on Hwy. 9, north of Bruce, will host a gospel singing on Saturday, January 24, beginning at 6 p.m. Featured singers will be Stronghold of Pontotoc and the Abundant Grace Quartet of Southaven. Bro. Keith Benefield is the host pastor.
Sunday, January 25
The pastor and church family of Everdale M.B. Church invites everyone to come and help them show love to their assistant pastor and his wife, Rev. and Mrs. Kevin Lee, Sr., at a special service to be held at three o’clock in the afternoon Sunday, January 25. The message will be delivered by Rev. Mitchell Steen, pastor of Pleasant Grove and Sanders Chapel M. B. churches.

Everdale M.B. Church will have its Valentine Ball in the Christian Life Center February 7, beginning at 6 p.m. Admission will be $5. “Please come and fellowship with us during this event,” stated Rev. Phillip Brackett, pastor.

The annual Black History Program will be held at Everdale M.B. Church February 8, beginning at 3 p.m. “Come out and help us lift up the name of the Lord during this special program,” invites Rev. Phillip Brackett, pastor.

A deacon ordination service for Joseph Turner will be held at Everdale M.B. Church Sunday, February 15, beginning at 3 p.m. Rev.Tommie Goodwin, pastor of Bridges Chapel, will be the guest speaker. Rev. Phillip Brackett is pastor, Rev. Kevin Lee, Sr., is assistant pastor, and Sister Sandra Woodard is the church clerk of Everdale.

The Everdale M.B. Church Youth Department will have a praise dance program Sunday, February 22, beginning at 3 p.m. “Come and lift up the name of the Lord in dance. All praise dance teams are welcomed,” stated Rev. Phillip Brackett, pastor.
