Friday, January 30
The youth of The Bride By Grace Church will host the movie “Fireproof,” on Friday, January 30, beginning at 7 p.m. Funds raised will be used for their Winter Youth Retreat (Jesus Jam) in Ashville, N.C., where they will travel on February 20.
If you missed this movie while it was in the theaters, you should be sure and attend. Bring a friend, a relative or a neighbor. It is a MUST SEE! The church is located downtown in Water Valley (across from Fred’s). The cost will be $5 per person. Concessions will be sold and childcare will be provided for $2 per child.

First United Pentecostal Church, located at 300 Highway 7 Bypass North, Water Valley, will host an endtime conference on Saturday, January 31, beginning at 7 p.m.; Sunday, February 1, beginning at 10 a.m.; and then Sunday night, beginning at 6 p.m.

The pastor and members of Sanders Chapel invite all women to come and be a part of their Women’s Ministry February 2, beginning at 6 p.m. “We will be praising the Lord,” state Min. Geraldine Booker and Sis. Lanell Steen.

Everdale M.B. Church will have its Valentine Ball in the Christian Life Center February 7, beginning at 6 p.m. Admission will be $5. “Please come and fellowship with us during this event,” stated Rev. Phillip Brackett, pastor.
Sunday, February 8
The annual Black History Program will be held at Everdale M.B. Church February 8, beginning at 3 p.m. “Come out and help us lift up the name of the Lord during this special program,” invites Rev. Phillip Brackett, pastor.

Miles Memorial C.M.E. Church will begin having early service on the second Sunday of each month, beginning February 8. Sunday School will begin at 8 a.m. and morning worship service at 9 a.m. Rev. Brian Davis, Sr. serves as pastor of the church.

A deacon ordination service for Joseph Turner will be held at Everdale M.B. Church Sunday, February 15, beginning at 3 p.m. Rev. Tommie Goodwin, pastor of Bridges Chapel, will be the guest speaker. Rev. Phillip Brackett is pastor, Rev. Kevin Lee, Sr., is assistant pastor, and Sister Sandra Woodard is the church clerk of Everdale.

Chapel Hill M.B. Church will have a benefit program February 28, beginning at 7 p.m. “The church family would like to invite everyone to attend this benefit,” stated Bro. Claud Freeman, Chairman of Deacons.
