Sanders Chapel Women’s Ministry would like to invite women of all ages to come out to their programs every first and third Monday. The programs begin at 6 p.m. Program sponsors are Sis. Lanell Steen and Minister Geraldine Booker.
Saturday, June 27
Members and guests at Rocky Mountain Missionary Baptist Church will have their 16th anniversary banquet for their pastor, Rev. George Forrest, and his wife, on Saturday, June 27, beginning at 6 p.m. The keynote speaker for this event will be Pastor Bonnie Martin, pastor of the United M. B. Church of Coffeeville. “We are inviting everyone to come and share with us. We are asking for a $10 donation,” stated Mary Nicholson, chairperson, and Gailey Neal, church clerk. The church is located at 1339 CR 92, Water Valley.
Sunday, June 28
The Usher Ministry, along with Pastor Steen and the entire Pleasant Grove Church family, cordially invite you to the annual Usher Day on Sunday, June 28, beginning at 2:30 p.m. A special program outline has been prayerfully prepared to encourage all ushers, young and old, to “keep the house in order.”
Musical praise will be provided the Preston M.B. Church Choir of Scobey. All ushers are asked to attend, to dress in uniforms, and to join in the usher fellowship following the program. “All church families are welcome to enjoy this powerful, informative and anointed service,” says Pastor Steen.

Pleasant Green Baptist Church of Water Valley will celebrate its pastor’s 11th anniversary on Sunday, June 28, at 2:30 p.m. The guest for the afternoon program will be United Baptist Church congregation from Coffeeville and Rev. Barney Martin will be the guest speaker. Rev. Preston Gleeton invites everyone to attend.

There will be a children’s church service at First United Pentecostal Church. The service includes a life-size puppet show, which starts at 10 a.m. on Sunday, June 28. The church is located on Hwy. 7 North.
June 29 – July 2
Bayson Chapel Church will have revival services June 29 through July 2, beginning nightly at 7 p.m. Rev. Jerry Malone from Springfield Church in Abbeville, will be the speaker for the week. “Everyone is encouraged to attend these services,” invites Pastor Amos Sims.
Sunday, July 5
Everdale Baptist Church will celebrate its 39th annual Homecoming on July 5, beginning at 3 p.m. Rev. Lloyd Anderson of Massey Grove, in Oakland, will be the guest speaker. “Everyone is invited to attend this special service,” reports Rev. Phillip Brackett, pastor.

Sanders Chapel M.B. Church will celebrate its church anniversary and homecoming on Sunday, July 5, beginning at 2:30 p.m. Pastor Curtis McClain of the Sweet Home M.B. Church in Duck Hill will deliver the divine message.

July 19 -23
Revival services will be held at New Providence M.B. Church from Sunday-Thursday, July 19-23, beginning at 7 p.m. each night. The guest speaker for this event will be Rev. Mitchell Steen, pastor of Sanders Chapel M.B. Church, Water Valley and Pleasant Grove M.B. Church, Coffeeville. “Everyone is invited to come and help praise the Word of God,” stated Rev. Sidney Townes, pastor.
