On Thursday evening, August 20, Jumpers Chapel Congregational Methodist Church will begin their annual revival services. These services will continue on Friday and Saturday evenings, beginning at 7 p.m. Sunday, August 23, will conclude revival with the annual homecoming service at 11 a.m. Food and fellowship will follow the service.
In addition, the annual Jumpers Chapel Cemetery meeting will convene around 1:30. “We are fortunate to have Bro. Kenneth Harrison, pastor of Lake Congregational Methodist Church in Laurel as our guest speaker for the occasion,” states Bro. Joel Jones, pastor.
Sunday, August 23
Pine Grove East M.B. Church cordially invites the public to attend a retirement celebration for their beloved pastor, Johnnie Roland, on Sunday, August 23, in the Mt. Moriah Association Building at Coffeeville. The morning service will begin at 11 a.m., with Minister Ed Garrison. The evening service starts at 3 p.m. with Pastor Amos Sims. Lunch will be served. The church family is asking each church to represent with a love offering to show this man of God appreciation for what he has given to so many through the years.
New Providence M.B. Church will celebrate its 44th annual church anniversary Sunday, August 23, beginning at 3 p.m. Rev. W. O. McKinney, pastor of Pleasant Grove, Sardis, will be the guest speaker. The Pleasant Grove Church Choir and the Harmoniers of Oxford will render spiritual singing. “Everyone is invited to attend this special service,” stated Rev. Sidney Townes, pastor.

Calvary Baptist Church will have revival services August 23-26. Bro. Ricky Harris will bring the messages. The service will begin Sunday, August 23, at 6 p.m. Monday-Wednesday services will begin at 7 p.m. Everyone is invited to join the Calvary Baptist Church family for these services.
August 23 -27
Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church will have Revival Services August 23-27. Services will begin at 6 p.m. on Sunday, and at 7 p.m. each night thereafter. Guest speaker for the week will be Rev. Larry Ware, a native of Pope and former pastor of Grace Community of Faith in Orlando, Fla. Rev. Ware and his wife, the former Suzette Shields, recently moved back to the area.
