    The men’s ministry of Spring Hill North M.B. Church will host its first “Iron Sharpens Iron” Men’s Conference. The conference will be held Saturday, January 23, in Spring Hill North’s Fellowship Hall, beginning at 7:45 a.m.

    Pre-registration is from now until January 17 and is $5. Registration at the door will be $7 and will cover a continental breakfast and lunch. To purchase registration forms, see any male member of the church or call (662) 832-5297.

  Spring Hill North Church is located at 600 Railroad Avenue in Water Valley and Elder Bruce Paige, Jr. serves as senior pastor.

Sunday, January 24

    Pastor Bruce E. Paige and the members of Springhill North M.B. Church invite the public to come out and share in their annual Men’s Day Program January 24, beginning at 3 p.m. and to help them lift up the name of Jesus. The speaker for the program will be Pastor Paul Reed.         Also attending the program will be the New Friendship Church of Memphis. “Everyone is welcome to come and be a part of this wonderful program,” states Bro. Hosea Bradford, program chairman.

Tuesday, January 26

    The District Choir rehearsal is scheduled for Tuesday, January 26, at 6 p.m at the Mt. Moriah Associational building located at 3657 C. R. 211, in Coffeeville.

    Organizers are also making an appeal for those who would like to join the District Choir to come and participate.  

    “The District Choir is only as strong as the Mt. Moriah member churches make it – please encourage participation from your church,” urged Mamie Shields.

   The Y-Fest Prayer Meeting will be held Tuesday, January 26, at O’Tuckolofa Baptist Church beginning at 7 p.m.

Sunday, January 31

    Mt. Liberty Church invites everyone to join us Sunday night, January 31, at 6 p.m.  The youth drama team from Macedonia Baptist Church in West Union, will perform for us.  

    Their leader, Bro. Kelvin Meeks, son of Bro. Peyton Meeks, will deliver the message.
