Football Team Kicks Off Fundraiser

 The WVHS Football Team kicked off its 2nd Annual Lift-A-Thon on Monday, March 1, 2010. The Team will split its 103 current players on Roster into 3 Classifications and 6 Divisions. The Divisions are Junior High Skill, Junior High Linemen, JV Skill, JV Linemen, Varsity Skill, and Varsity Linemen. For the next three weeks, the Team will be out in the community trying to receive either sponsors or flat donations.

    All proceeds go toward new Away uniforms for the 2010-2011 Season. If you are interested in sponsoring a player and cannot find one, feel free to contact Coach Brad Embry at 523-0249 or Coach Richard Russo at 473-6261. During the week of March 22 through March 25, the players will attempt new one rep. maxes that will go toward their Grand Total.”
