Friday, Sept. 17
An evangelistic revival will begin Friday night, September17, at 7 p.m. at Moorse Chapel. Pastor Shirley Washington and Vision Outreach Ministries will be the guests. Revival services continue Monday through Friday, September 20-24 at 7 p.m. nightly, with Pastor Basil Brooks from Cordova, Tenn. as the evangelist for the week.
The climax to these services will be Saturday night, September 25, with choir night. “Everyone is invited to come and join us, as we lift up the name of Jesus,” stated Elder Kevin Coakley.
Saturday, Sept. 18
A gospel singing will be held at Grenada Lake (north end of the levy Campground Camp A Theater) Saturday, September 18. This singing is to raise money for the Baptist Children’s Village.
Singing will be New Destination Family Singers, Shirley Berry, Harvey Byars, and Faye Smith. Other activities will include inflatable slide, a majestic Jumpers, and fun for children.
The children’s activities will be from 3 until 9 p.m. The gospel singing will be held from 5 to 9 p.m.
Sunday, Sept. 19
Camp Ground Baptist Church’s homecoming will be held September 19, starting at 10 a.m. with Sunday School. Worship service, with former interim pastor Bro. Billy Childs, begins at 11.
There will be a pot luck meal following the worship service. Bro. Daniel Ross invites everyone to come and enjoy a time of fellowship with friends and family.

The Massey Grove Church of Oakland will have their youth day Program Sunday, September 19, beginning at 2:30 p.m. Pastor Marcus Dudley will be the guest speaker for the afternoon. Pastor Anderson and the Massey Grove Church family invite everyone to attend this special service.
Monday, Sept. 20
The Yalobusha Baptist Associat-ional fall meeting will be held September 20, in Coffeeville First Baptist Church, beginning at 7 p.m. Following the associational business meeting, Dr. Randy Bain, pastor of First Baptist Church, Water Valley will be the guest speaker. Everyone is invited to attend.
Sept. 20 – 23
Springhill North M.B. Church will begin revival services September 20, and continuing through the 23rd, starting at 7 p.m. nightly. The evangelist for the week will be Pastor Sammy Townes, who is presently pastor of Travelers Rest Baptist Church.
“We are requesting your presence nightly, to help lift up the name of Jesus through your praises and worship,” stated Bro. Cornelious Hairston, Chairman of the Deacon Board.
Wednesday, Sept. 22
Sanders Chapel will host its mid-week service program on September 22, beginning at 6 p.m.
“Our very own Minister Booker will be the speaker for the night,” stated Pastor Mitchell Steen. “Everyone is invited to come out and share this program with the Sanders Chapel Church Family,” concluded Pastor Steen.
Sunday, October. 3
Bayson Chapel Church will celebrate their 56th Lord Acre/ Harvest Program Sunday, October 3. Morning services will begin at 9:45 a.m. with Sunday School.
“At 11 a.m. our own beloved Pastor Amos Sims will be bringing the message,” stated the Bayson Chapel Church family.
Lunch will be served at 1:30 p.m. The evening service will begin at 2:30 p.m. with Pastor Larry Ware as special guest.
