November 3-5
Fall revival services will be held at Green Goshen C.M.E. Church November 3-5, beginning at 7 p.m. nightly. Rev. Johnathan Bass of Mt. Moriah Church in Charleston will be the speaker.
Saturday, Nov. 6
A benefit program for little Kaleb Booker will be held at Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church Saturday, November 6. The church is located at 985 CR 169 near Coffeeville. Kaleb is the infant son of Kelvin and Deon Booker and has been a patient in the University Medical Center at Jackson for approximately a year. “Please come out and show your Christian love for him and his family,” invites Pastor Lawrence Matthews.
Sunday, Nov. 7
Brusher Fork M.B. Church will host its Pastor and Wife Appreciation Day on November 7, beginning at 2:30 p.m. This service will celebrate Pastor B. B. Brooks’ and his wife’s 32 years of service to the church.
Pastor Melvin Lewis and the Rising Star M. B. Church Family of Tupelo will be special guests for this service.
“Everyone is invited to attend,” stated Virginia Norton, secretary of the church. The church is located at the intersection of Highway 51 and Carpenter Road in Grenada.
Friday, Nov. 12
On Friday evening, Nov-ember 12, from 6 – 8 p.m., deacons and members of Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church will have a Brotherhood Fellowship in support of their pastor, Rev. Larry W. Ware.
The public is invited to join in
demonstrating financial and spiritual support which is much needed as he approaches his kidney transplant which will take place at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio.

On Sunday, November 14, at 2 p.m., Pastor Antonio Kimble and the Empowering Life Ministries Church family of Oakland would like for you to come help celebrate their third church anniversary. ELM has relocated to 28530 Hwy. 32, Oakland, near the antique mall area.

Union Hill C.M.E. Church will have its annual Harvest Day Program on November 14, beginning at 3 p.m. Rev. Mitchell Steen of Sander’s Chapel will be the guest speaker. The guest choir will be the Southern Harmonizers of Coldwater.
Nov. 14 – 16
New Rehoboth Church will have a three night revival beginning November 14. Services start at 6 p.m. on the first night. Services start at 7 p.m. on November 15 and 16.
Wednesday, Nov. 17
Pleasant Agers will have their monthly meeting November 17 at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Calhoun County. The Church is located on CR 231 across the railroad on the left. A Thanksgiving pot lunch lunch will be served at noon. Rev. Jerry Smith and his wife, Spin, will provide entertainment after lunch. Pastor Ron Jenkins invites everyone to attend.
