Camp Trains Future Players

Softball camp was held last week at the new girl’s field west of the high school. Twenty girls in grades 3 – 6 participated, according to new fastpitch coach Casey Clouse (second from bottom). The girls practiced their basic skills at the camp including catching (two top photos) and hitting. The girls also got  a session on the “slip and slide” (the remaining photos). Instructors included Faith Robinson of Jackson and Coach Clint Faust.
