Phil Hardwick Will Sign Mysteries At Coffeeville Public Library April 16
Coffeeville Public Library will host consultant and author Phil Hardwick Tuesday, April 16. He will be guest speaker at the Library Workers’ Luncheon at 11:30 at Coffeeville Public Library for all library staff, trustees, and Friends of the Library members.
Following the luncheon, Phil will also be available for a book signing 1:00 – 2:30 at the library. Books will be available for purchase and signing.
Author Will Share Highlights From Book At YHS Meeting
Author Jane Bennett Gaddy will speak Thursday, April 18, at 2 p.m. at the regular Yalobusha Historical Society meeting in the society’s headquarters (former Coffeeville Presbyterian Church) in Coffeeville. Ms. Gaddy will share highlights of the first book in her Trilogy-The Mississippi Boys. Visitors are welcome.
Oakland Library Will Showcase Improvements During Program
The Yalobusha County Public Library System cordially invites everyone to attend an Open House at the Oakland Public Library Sunday, April 14, from 2-3:30 p.m. The program will be showcasing improvements funded by a USDA Grant, the Town of Oakland, Rep. and Mrs. Tommy Reynolds, and Yalobusha County. Maximum Champion Wrestling Superstars will present a fundraiser for the Oakland Police Department April 13, in the Oakland Fire Department. Doors will open at 6 p.m. and bell time is 7p.m. General admission will be $8.

Students that graduated from Coffeeville High School in 1973 will have a meeting Saturday, April 13, to plan for their upcoming 40-year class reunion.
