Soccer Registration Continues At Crawford Sports Complex
Soccer registration will be held August 24 from 9 a.m. until noon at the Crawford Sports Complex. Ages 3-12 years old may sign-up. For more information, contact Darnell Vaughn, 473-3264.
Annuals From 2012-13 School Year Have Arrived
The 2012-13 Water Valley High School Valley Views have arrived. If you prepaid for an annual in the spring, you may see Mrs. King at the high school to pick up your annual. If you did not purchase one and wish to do so, there are a few extras for $55.
“We also have extra annuals from 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012,” said Mrs. King. If you would like an old annual, they are available for $25.
Masonic Meeting Set For Thursday
St. Cyr Commandery No. 6, will hold its next stated Conclave at the Masonic Temple on Champion Circle Thursday, August 22, beginning at 7:30 p.m. Please make an effort to attend and support your Commandery.

Pickin’ Shed Weekend Activities Include Gospel Singing, Karaoke
There will be a gospel singing at The Pickin’ Shed, located at the Shade Tree Farm on Hwy. 9 West in Banner on Friday night, August 23, at 7 p.m.
Made by Mercy from Tupelo and The Ellis Family from Pope will be the featured groups, along with other unannounced musicians and singers. A potluck supper will be served at 6 p.m.
Saturday night is karaoke night and the singing begins at 7 p.m. The public is invited to attend both performances.
