Sunday, Dec. 15
    The choir of Woodland Hills Baptist Church will present their Christmas Cantata, “Bless That Wonderful Name,” during the regular morning worship service, Sunday, December 15, beginning at 10:30 a.m.
    The program will be under the direction of Patti Goodwin. Sammy Cobern will be at the piano and Barbara Warren is the organist. Narration for the program will be by Rev. Lynn Jones, Nathan Keel is the innkeeper; Youth Minister Dustin Pierce is the shepherd and Jacob Swinkowski is the wiseman.
    During the 6:15 evening worship service on this date the children and youth of the church will present the Christmas Story in song and pageant. Danielle Jones is director of this program.
    “Everyone is cordially invited to attend both of these services,” stated Bro. Jones.

    The District Usher Fede-ration workshop will be held the third Sunday in December, which is December 15, beginning at 3 p.m. It will be held in the District Education Building, 3657 County Road 211, Coffeeville. Lee Matthews, Jr., Minister of Music at Hopewell M.B. Church, will deliver the message.
    “Everyone is invited to attend,” states Rev. Amos Sims, Moderator, and Deacon Reginal Baskin, President.

    Bethlehem Church of Coffeeville will honor their pastor and wife with an Appreciation on Sunday, December 15. Sunday school begins at 9:45 a.m. and the morning worship service will begin at 11 a.m. with Rev. J. C. Hentz of Batesville bringing the message.
    Lunch will be served and the evening services will begin at 3 p.m. with Pastor Sammy Townes of Grenada, Pastor of Travelers Rest of Greenwood and Spring Hill North Church of Water Valley bringing the message. We look forward to your presence, said Rev. Larry W. Ware, Pastor.

    Everyone is invited to attend “Lessons and Carols” at the First United Methodist Church, on Sunday, December 15, beginning at 6 p.m.
    You are also invited to attend the Children’s Christmas play on Wednesday, December 18, beginning at 6:30 p.m.
