The Springdale Family Worship Center family invites everyone to join them as they worship and experience the inspired preaching and singing of their new pastor, Rev. Shannon Kendall, and his wife, Lisa.
“Along, with Pastor Shannon and Lisa we welcome their son, Beckett,” stated Carroll Crenshaw, spokesman for the church family. Service times are 10:30 a.m. Sunday morning and 7 p.m. Wednesday evening.
Sunday, March 2
The Pleasant Grove Church family cordially invites everyone to join them in commemorating four years of pastoral leadership and ministry for Pastor Larry J. Hervey on Sunday, March 2. Pastor William Jones, Jr., a member of Pleasant Grove, will deliver the word during the 8 a.m. worship service, with Oak Grove-Derma and Spring Hill South as special guests.
A fellowship luncheon, in which all are welcome to partake, will be served from 12:45 -2:15 p.m. The anniversary celebration will begin at 2:30 p.m. Pastor Clyde Tate of Jackson will deliver the anniversary message for this celebratory event.
“We hope you will consider joining us as we appreciate the pastor of this House of God,” stated Caren Covington, president of the Pastor’s Aid Ministry. Marjorie Moore is vice president and Alice White is secretary of the ministry.
Friday, March 7
Everdale M.B. Church will host the annual Homecoming Tea on Friday, March 7, beginning at 7 p.m. The speaker for the evening will be Pastor Marjorie Walker of Vincent Methodist Church.
On Saturday, March 9, beginning at 3 p.m., Everdale will celebrate their Family and Friends Program. Dr. Rupert Morgan, pastor of St. Peter’s M.B. Church, will be the guest speaker.
March 7, 8
Y-Fest 2014 will be held Friday and Saturday, March 7-8, beginning each night at 7 p.m. Y-Fest will be held in the Yalo-busha County Multi-Purpose Building, located at 18027 Highway 7, Coffeeville.
Music for the event will be by The Tom Edwards Band. Jordan White of Water Valley will be the speaker each evening.

Sunday, March 16
The pastor and members of Zion Grove M.B. Church, Coffeeville, cordially invite the public to worship with them Sunday, March 16 for their Family and Friends Day Program. Sunday School will start at 10 a.m. followed by regular worship service at 11 a.m. and the Family and Friends Day Program starts at 2:30 p.m.
Pastor Otha Coffey will deliver the morning message. The afternoon message will be delivered by Pastor Frank Coffey, the pastor of Pleasant Grove M.B. Church, in Carrollton. Light refreshments will be served following morning worship services.

The Mt. Moriah District Usher Federation meets every third Sunday before the fifth Sunday and will meet at the Mt. Moriah District Building the third Sunday in March, March 16, beginning at 3 p.m. Rev. Vada Hankins, District Missionary will bring the message.
“We want to see all ushers there, and others who will support us are also welcome,” stated Rev. Amos Sims, moderator, and Bro. Reginal Baskin, president.

Pastor Phillip Brackett and members of Everdale M.B. Church warmly invite everyone to come and have a great time in the Lord during their annual spring revival.
The good times begin Sunday, March 23, and continue through Tuesday, March 25, starting at 7 p.m. nightly. Rev. Sammy Townes, pastor of Spring Hill North in Water Valley and Travelers Rest in Grenada, will be the guest evangelist.
