Thursday, March 20
    Lenten Luncheons continue at First United Methodist Church Thursday, March 20 with Andy Ray, District Superintendent scheduled to speak. Eric Fearing will provide the music.
    On March 27 the speaker will be Raymond Aven, pastor of New Hope Church of God with music by Robby Parsons and Bill Taylor.
    On April 3 the speaker will be Stacy Douglas, pastor of Coffeeville United Methodist Church, with music preformed by Barron Caulfield
    On April 10 the speaker will be Doug Pepper, pastor of North Main United Methodist Church. A light lunch will be served each week.
    “Everyone is invited to attend,” stated Rev. Allen McGraw, pastor.

Saturday, March 22
    A free meal and used clothing will be available at the Water Valley Seventh Day Adventist Church on Saturday, March 22, from 1-3 p.m. The church is located on Highway 315 and Airport Road.
    The Bayson Chapel M.B. Church family is having a brotherhood ministry open discussion session on the mission, statement, and objectives listed below. Invited to attend are males, ages 13 and above. The program will be held March 22, between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. in Bayson Chapel Church.
    The mission of the Brotherhood Ministry will be to mentor, instruct, train, and encourage the participants through empowerment.
    The program objective is: to seek to bring the lost to Christ through evangelism; seeking to strengthen men’s relationships through fellowshipping with each other; assist participants in receiving support and guidance from mentors; provide a mature role model for young men and boys while teaching them the word of God;  to seek to provide a unity of young men who exemplify excellence in their church, school, and communities and beyond.

Sunday, March 23
    The men of Pleasant Grove Church are pleased to invite everyone to their annual Men’s Day on Sunday, March 23, beginning at 3 p.m. Dr. Nathaniel Christian, pastor of Durant Missionary Baptist Church, will deliver the word.
    The Hopewell M.B. Church family, under the leadership of Pastor Kevin D. Lee, Sr., would be honored to have the public join them on Sunday, March 23, beginning at 2:30 p.m. They will have many great speakers of the gospel “Preaching from the Box.”
    “Come one, come all, and be inspired as these speakers are about their Father’s business,” invites Rev. Lee. Matthew.         “We’re looking forward to seeing you, as we come together to lift the Lord, our God, up,” concluded Bro. Lee.
    The pastor and members of Spring Hill M.B. Church will have their Ushers Program on March 23, beginning a 3 p.m. Rev. Gregory Wilson and the Mt. March 23-25
    Pastor Phillip Brackett and members of Everdale M.B. Church warmly invite everyone to come and have a great time in the Lord during their annual spring revival.
    The good times begin Sunday, March 23, and continue through Tuesday, March 25, starting at 7 p.m. nightly. Rev. Sammy Townes, pastor of Spring Hill North in Water Valley and Travelers Rest in Grenada, will be the guest evangelist.

Sunday, March 30
    There will be a gospel singing March 30 at Airport Baptist Church, Grenada, beginning at 5 p.m. The special guest will be the Fishers of Men from Oxford.
    The church is located one mile west of Grenada Lake Dam on Highway 332, by the airport. A love offering will be taken and refreshments served.
