Sunday, May 25
    United Missionary Baptist Church will host the annual Memorial/Homecoming Pro-gram May 25, beginning at 2:30 p.m. Rev. Bobbie Spearman Willis and Eureka AME Zion Church of Courtland will be special guests. Lunch will be served after the service.

    New Providence M.B. Church will honor members who have gone home to be with the Lord or who have moved to other areas on Sunday, May 25, at their annual Homecoming and Memorial Day Programs. The memorial program will be held  along with the 11 a.m. morning services. The homecoming service will begin at 3 p.m., with special guest, Rev. Thomas Tillman of Bruce. He will be accompanied by the Jackson Chapel Choir and the Jackson Chapel church family

    The annual Lovejoy Church homecoming will be held Sunday, May 25, beginning at 10:30 a.m. at the church in Panola County. Everyone is invited for a time of fellowship and worship. There will be a potluck picnic on the grounds after the service. Lovejoy was founded in 1884 by early settlers.

    Pastor George Forrest and Rocky Mountain M.B. Church family cordially invite you and your church to come and celebrate with them at their annual Memorial Day Program Sunday, May 25, beginning at 3 p.m.

    Pastor Kevin Lee and the Hopewell M.B. Church family invite each of you to worship with them Sunday, June 1, beginning at 3 p.m., as they celebrate their annual Family and Friends Day. Special guests will be Pastor Ralph Horton and the Poplar Springs M.B. Church family.

June 2-6
    The pastor and members of Everdale M.B. Church, along with the pastor and members of Pleasant Grove M.B. Church, warmly invite all to our yearly Vacation Bible School. VBS will begin Monday, June 2, and continue through Friday, June 6, at 6 p.m. nightly.
    This year’s theme is, “The Amazing Road Trip! Discover-ing God’s Purpose for Me.” (Jeremiah 29:11). Classes will be held at the Everdale CLC building, located at 410 Calhoun Street in Water Valley.

    Vacation Bible School will be held at Woodland Hills Baptist Church Monday-Friday, June 2-6, from 6-8:30 p.m. each night.
    There will be classes for ages three years old through teens. VBS Theme this year is Agency D3—detect, direct and defend. The featured scripture is I Peter 3:15. Each night there will be assembly, mission stories, music, Bible study, crafts, recreation, and snacks.

Wednesday, June 4
    The church family at Adonai Church invites the public to join them Wednesday, June 4, from 6:45-8 p.m. for the kick-off of their youth and younger ministry, The HOPP. There will be food, games and fun for everyone. The church is located at 44457 Highway 315, which is halfway between Highway 6 and Water Valley. Saturday, June 7
    Members of Hopewell Baptist Church invite everyone to hear the Trailsman  Quartet Saturday, June 7, beginning at 6 p.m. The church is located at 8004 CR 95, Water Valley. Refreshments will be served after the singing.
