The Spring Hill North Church family is celebrating their annual Men’s Day Program Sunday, January 8, beginning at 3 p.m. The guest speaker for the afternoon will be Rev. Johnteris Tate, pastor of First Thessalonian Baptist Church in Memphis.
“We are looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our God and Savior Jesus Christ. Everyone is invited to attend,” stated Rev. Sammy Townes, pastor.
Sunday, January 15
The Mount Moriah District Association has scheduled the quarterly Usher Federation meeting on Sunday, January 15, at 3 p.m. at the district building.
President Reginald Baskin is asking all district ushers to attend as well as members. The fundamentals of ushering will be taught.

Rev Riley Suggs invites everyone to the Jones Chapel deaconess program on Sunday January 15, at 2 p.m. Rev Tommie Goodman will be the guest speaker. Rev Goodman serves as pastor of Bridges Chapel in Pittsboro and and Jackson Chapel M B Church in Grenada. Deaconess Melzina Townes is the program chairman.
