Delicious Snacks You Can Make Fast And Cheap

On Saturday, August 12, 4-H Volunteers Pat Rodrigue, Pamela Redwine (Extension Agent),  Nicole Folson and Sue Hughes attended the 4-H Volunteer Leader Forum at Mississippi State University.  The ladies enjoyed attending various workshops to help them prepare for the upcoming 4-H program year.

The next Family and Consumer Science 4-H Meeting will be Tuesday, August 29, at 4 p.m. at the Extension Office. 4-H is free and is open to youth ages 8-18.  To make sure that we have enough supplies, please call the Extension Office by Monday, August 28th, at 675-2730, to reserve your child’s spot.

Healthy You Exercise Classes are free and meet every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9 until 9:45 a.m. This is a great time to exercise with a group, meet new people with the same goals as you. Make sure to wear cool, comfortable clothes, good walking shoes and bring some water to drink.
