Saturday, June 9
The church family at Pine Grove West Church will host their Men and Father’s Day Program Saturday afternoon, June 9, beginning at 5 p.m. Pastor Robert Griffin will be the guest speaker.
Sunday, June 10
The church family at Everdale M.B. Church will celebrate their Pastor and Wife Appreciation Day Sunday June 10. Twelve years ago Everdale was blessed with their pastor, Phillip Brackett, and his wife, Ruth. The celebration starts with Sunday School at 9:45 a.m., followed by morning worship service at 11. Lunch will follow the morning service. At 2:30 p.m., Pastor Erwin Phillips of Robb’s Chapel, will share the message.
June 11-14
The ninth annual Bethlehem and Community Vacation Bible School will convene June 11-14, at 6 pm. nightly. Kingdom Movement, Mt. Grove Baptist, and Springhill Baptist churches are also jointly hosting this Community Vacation Bible School, which will be located at Bethlehem M.B. Church.
Other churches are welcome. There will be classes for K-1, grades 2-3, grades 4-6, Grades 7-12, adults, arts and crafts, and drama. If you’d like to join this VBS, or if you’d like to volunteer to help, call Suzette Shields Ware at 675-2227.

The church family at O’Tuckalofa Baptist Church will hold their 2018 Vacation Bible School Monday, June 11, through Thursday, June 14, from 6 to 8 p.m. each evening. Commencement service will be Friday, June 15, at 7 p.m. Everyone from kindergarten through 6th grade is welcome.
The theme this year will be “Rolling River Rampage” and will be a camping theme. Also, there will be a Bible Character telling their story each evening, as well as crafts, music, supper, and a host of fun activities.
June 22-24
Everyone is invited to the annual meeting at Yalobusha Primitive Baptist Church, at Water Valley, June 22-24. Services start Friday night, June 22, beginning at 7 p.m., On Saturday morning the service will begin at 10:30 a.m. This will be followed by lunch, with no afternoon services. Elder James Hall will minister Sunday morning, June 24, at 10:30 a.m., and the service will be followed by lunch. Elder Larry Wise is the invited minister.
Elder Jams Hall is pastor of the church.
