Saturday, June 1
The church family at Hopewell Baptist Church will celebrate a day of fellowship, music, fun and food on Saturday, June 1, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Everyone is invited to come out and join the church family. The day begins at 9 a.m. with a short welcome followed by games. Music brought by Bro. Rick Glidewell, Bro. Freddie Buchanan and Bro. Charles Maples. The day will conclude with fish plates or spaghetti plates, starting at noon. The church is located at 8004 CR 95, Water Valley.

The church family of United M. B. Church will have their choir night Saturday, June 1, beginning a 6 p.m.
“All choirs and soloist are asked to come out and make a joyful noise unto the Lord,” invites Rev., Calvin Hawkins, pastor, and the church choir sponsors.
Sunday, June 2
Homecoming at Bethel Baptist Church will be held June 2. Sunday School begins at 10 a.m., followed by the worship service at 11. A pot luck lunch will be served after the service.
June 2-6
Vacation Bible School will be held at Sylva Rena Baptist Church Sunday, June 2, through Thursday, June 6. Classes will be available for ages three to sixth grade.
“This will be a great week for the children to explore God’s goodness and celebrate a ferocious faith that powers them through this wild life. Please join us for a roaring good time as we learn that Life is Wild but God is Good,” states Gail Caldwell, VBS Director.
June 3-5
The pastor and members of Green Goshen C.M.E. Church cordially invite everyone to their three-night revival scheduled June 3 to 5. Services start each night at 7 p.m.
Rev. Kenneth Rogers will bring the message on Monday night; Minister T. K. Townsend will deliver the message on Tuesday night; and Rev. Willie Hoey will be the speaker on Wednesday night.
June 3-7
O’Tuckolofa Baptist Church will hold their 2019 Vacation Bible School Monday, June 3 – June 6, from 6 to 8 p.m. each evening, with a commencement service on Friday, June 7. Everyone, kindergarten through sixth grade, is welcome. The theme this year will be “The Incredible Race” and will be a racing theme. There will also be a Bible character telling their story each evening, as well as crafts, music, supper, and a host of fun activities.

June 5-7
Camp Ground Baptist Church will have their Vacation Bible School June 5-7 from 6 to 8:30 p.m. each night. This year’s theme is Fruit of the Spirit.
“You may come to the church on June 3 between 5:30 an 6:30 p.m. to pre-register. We can not wait to see what God has in store for us,” stated Bobbie King.
