Folson Defeats White For Ward 2 Alderman Position

Freddie Folson defeated longtime Ward 2 incumbent Fred White in Tuesday’s Democratic Primary Runoff.

Folson received 55 votes, White received 47.

Folson is among three new aldermen who will take office in July; Ron Hart and Bonnie Cox were elected in the Democratic Primary.

Mayor Donald Gray, and aldermen Herbie Rogers, Nicole Folson are incumbents returning to office.
