- July 12-July 23: Final summer workouts
- July 26: Fall practice Begins. Mandatory that all players and managers report to the Fieldhouse before 4 p.m.
- August 12: School begins. Football and cheerleading picture day. Junior high practice begins.
- August 13: “Meet the Blue Devils” and pre-season scrimmage vs. Vardaman Rams at Clark Field
- August 20: First regular season game at Clark Field vs. Bruce Trojans
