Farmers Market Starts Saturday

WATER VALLEY – Everyone is invited to come out and meet your local farmers, bakers and makers and celebrate the re-opening of the Water Valley Farmers Market Saturday morning. The market is scheduled from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m. in Railroad Park.

The vendor lineup includes Harris Family Farm, Sue Can Do, Serendipity Family Farm, Oxford Bakehouse, Jacki Kellum, Louis Kent Breckenridge, Poultry In Motion Farm, MoonBee Flower Farm, Shady Hill Farm & Bakery and A & W Farms.

Live musical performances are scheduled throughout the season, with Kevin Guyer kicking off in May. Backtrack Antiques and Gifts, as well as Tommy and Liz Reynolds, are sponsoring the musical interludes.

Younger attendees are invited to partake in complimentary kids’ activities to make and take home at each market, ensuring a fun-filled experience for the entire family. Moreover, visitors can relish in the aromatic aroma of freshly brewed coffee, provided free of charge at all markets.
