Frank Andrew Baddley

MEMPHIS–Frank Andrew “Andy” Baddley, age 44, died Friday, May 20, 2011, as the result of a motorcycle accident in Memphis.

  Born August 25, 1966, Mr. Baddley was a son of Aaron Guy Baddley, Jr. and Lennese Jones Baddley. Andy and his dad were owners of Baddley’s Garage in Memphis. Andy had operated the business since his father’s retirement. He loved his family and especially his two sons, Tyler and Cayce. He enjoyed playing drums, dirt bikes, photography and airplanes. He earned his pilot’s license at the age of 20.

    A visitation will be held Sunday, May 29, from three until four o’clock in the Bridgetown Baptist Church in Hernando. A memorial service will follow the visitation, with Bro. Larry Dean officiating.

    Survivors include his two sons, Andrew Tyler Baddley and Cayce Austin Baddley, both of Southaven; his parents, Aaron and Lennese Baddley of Water Valley; a sister, Brenda Gulledge (Steve) of Bruce; a brother, Aaron Guy Baddley, III (Heather) of Hernando; three nieces and one nephew.

Josephine Lipscomb

    A private memorial service will be held Friday, May 27, 2011, at six o’clock in the afternoon for Josephine Lipscomb. The service will be held at 336 CR 106, Water Valley.

    Family and friends are welcome to attend.

    An obituary for Mrs. Lipscomb was carried in an earlier edition of the Herald.

Angela Juanita Horne Naron

WATER VALLEY – Angela Juanita Horne Naron, 43, died Wednesday, May 18, 2011, at Oxford in Baptist Memorial Hospital – North Mississippi.

  Born January 7, 1968, in Indianola, she was a daughter of Jimmy Morgan, Sr. and Mary Lucille Horne. She was a homemaker and a member of Springdale Family Worship Center. Angie loved reading her Bible and listening to spiritual music and singing. She loved her children and grandchildren and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Angie also loved her dogs.

    Visitation was held from 5-7 p.m. Monday, May 23, in Seven Oaks Funeral Home in Water Valley. A graveside service was held Tuesday, May 24, at 10:30 a.m. in the Camp Ground Cemetery with Rev. Angela Lind officiating. Patrick Pierce, James Conell, Hunter Conell, Gary Winters, Jr., Brandon Mack, Eric Stacy, E. J. Justice, and Ricki Keisling were pallbearers.

    Survivors include her soul mate and life love partner of 22 years, David Lee Cranford, Sr. of Water Valley; two daughters, Natasha Renee Mayo (Scottie), and Terry Elizabeth Reeder (Eric), both of Paris; one son, Michael Nelson Wass (Crystal) of Trumann, Ark.; three sisters, Treva Octavia Card (Perry) of Thaxton, Larita “Jenny” Bell (Shawn) of Byron, and Sheila Williams (David) of Yale, MI; three brothers, Jimmy Morgan, Jr. of Greenwood, Johnny Morgan Williams, Jr. (Sheri) of Lexington, SC, and Donald Wayne Williams of Water Valley; her father, Jimmy Morgan, Sr. of Greenwood; her mother-in-law, Mattie Mae Cranford of Sumrall; and nine grandchildren.

    Angie was preceded in death by her step-father, Johnny Morgan Williams, Sr., and her  mother, Mary Lucille Horne.
