o TEAM COMPARISONS: Water Valley averages 25.0 on offense, and gives up 26.5 on defense. Calhoun City averages 35.0 on offense and gives up 10.0 on defense.

o NOTABLES:  Coffeeville’s win over Water Valley was the first for the Pirates at home since 1987.  Last year’s 42 point output against the Wildcats was the most since 1977. Calhoun City and Water Valley are former members of  the Tri-Lake Conference.  The Devils are 3-4 against the Wildcats since 2005. Calhoun City is coached by former Coffeeville and Charleston head coach Perry Lyles.

o DIRECTIONS: Take Hwy 315 south to Hwy 9W, to Bruce, were Hwy 9W changes to Hwy 9. Travel 10 miles south through Pittsboro to Calhoun City. Once on the Calhoun City square, take your first right West Veterans Drive (old Hwy 8 west) go approx. a half-mile,  veer right onto West Taylor Ave, then turn right on Park Street. Football field is just off the street on right.
