• TEAM COMPARISONS: WV averages 24.2 on offense, and gives up 32.2 on defense. Holly Springs averages 31.0 on offense and gives up 21.1 on defense.
• NOTABLES: This will be 46th meeting between the Devils & Hawks, making it the second longest series in Blue Devil history. Both teams are former members of the Tri-Lake Conference in the 1970s. WV is 2-3 against the Hawks since 2000. Last win in Holly Springs for the Devils came in 1990 with a 33-0 victory. Last wining season for the Hawks was in 1994 with a 6-5 record.
• DIRECTIONS: Take Hwy 7 north, travel 48 miles through Oxford to Holly Springs. Once in town turn right onto Van Dorn Ave. (Hwy’s 7/4). Go through the square then turn left onto Randolph Street (Hwy 4). Drive 5 blocks to Salem Ave (Hwy 4) turn right and travel about 2 miles then turn left onto Sam Cooperwood Park. Field will be on the right.
