Outdoor Pictures Needed For New County Website

WATER VALLEY – A new website is in the works to promote Yalobusha County and organizers need your help.    
    The Yalobusha County Economic Development and Tourism District, with help from the Mississippi State Extension Service are nearing completion on the website to help promote the county.
    One segment of the website features the county’s rich outdoor resources and pictures of people in the county hunting, fishing, boating, trail riding or enjoying any outdoor event are needed.
    Digital pictures are preferred and can be e-mailed to Eddie Ray at eddieray01@ live.com.  Printed pictures will also be accepted and can be mailed to:

    The photos will be returned if the sender requests.
    Bob Tyler, the county’s economic development director, reported the new website will be an upgrade to the current site and keep the county competing on the global level.
    “My cell number is on our existing website. I get calls from all over the nation from this source,” Tyler added. “We are very fortunate to have the Extension Service help us with this upgrade.”
