National Day Of Prayer Is Scheduled On May 5
The National Day of Prayer is scheduled Thursday, May 5. This is a day in America’s history that has been set aside to honor God. It is the 65th anniversary of coming together from all backgrounds and praying for God’s mercy, grace, and guidance for our nation, our leaders and people of our land. Shirley Dobson, NDP chairman reminds us that we have lost many freedoms because of our inability to stay awake, and that we must not lose this freedom to celebrate this day by our passiveness. Regional Coordinators of all four corners of Mississippi (NW, NE, SW, SE) want to urge you to have an event for NDP. Then, join hands with your neighboring counties and ask them to do an event as well. Our goal is this: “ Every County for Christ!”
You MUST post your event however or headquarters can not give your deserved credit. Go to National Day of Prayer web site (www.nationaldayofprayer.org). Click on events and this will take you there.
