Scott Charged In Double Homicide

WATER VALLEY – A Charleston man who has been charged with robbing the same convenience store in Water Valley twice during a three year span has been charged with capital murder in a 2020 double homicide.
Yalobusha County Sheriff Mark D. Fulco reported that Kendrick Montreal Scott, age 38, has been charged with two counts of capital murder in the May 17 murders of Jennifer Nault and Richard Dicken. The charges follow an eight month investigation launched after the victims were discovered in a badly burned mobile home on County Road 294, just west of Water Valley off Hwy. 32.
