MSU Announces Graduates, Dean’s List

STARKVILLE – Mississippi State University congratulates more than 2,300 students who were named to the spring 2023 Deans’ List. Deans’ List students achieved a grade-point average between 3.5 and 3.79, based on a 4.0 scale, while completing at least 12 semester hours of course work with no incomplete grades or grades lower than a C.
Yalobusha County students named to the Dean’s List include:

Collin Sharp, Blayne Clark, John Stevens and Jonathan Bain, all of Water Valley; and Millard Sanders of Oakland.
MSU also reported three Yalobusha students were among 4,100 on the spring 2023 graduation list. The local students include:

• Kasey Camp, of Water Valley, receiving a Bachelor of Science Summa Cum Laude from MSU’s College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.

• Anna Dowdy, of Water Valley, receiving a Bachelor of Science from MSU’s College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.

• Devon Lyles, of Tillatoba, receiving a Bachelor of Science from MSU’s College of Arts and Sciences.
