School Registration Runs Through June 26

Registration for the 2024-2024 school year at the Water Valley School District starts June 5 and extends through June 26. All Registration must be completed online and registration documents will be uploaded online as well as part of the registration process.

Parents or legal guardians will need a current email address and active parent account. This account will be the same as last year. You will need an access code to register your child. This was printed on the report card. If you have not picked up your child’s report card, you will need to do so.

Information registration information from district officials:
• Only the parent, legal guardian, or student may pick up the report card or register a student.
• Students will not be enrolled on affidavits or temporary custody documents.
• School officials will not give out passwords or registration codes over the phone.

● All returning students MUST register by June 26, 2024 to receive a schedule for next year.

● We are available in the school office to assist with registration, code pickups, and document uploads starting Monday – Thursday 9 a.m. to 11 a.m and noon to 2 p.m. We will host two extended hour days to assist with registration. These will be June 18, and June 25, from noon until 6:30 p.m.

● Students new to the district must come by the school to register. New students will need all of the following in hand to register.
– Birth Certificate
– Current Mississippi Shot Record on the Form 121 showing complete for school
– Last report card
– Transcript for grades 9-12
– two current proofs of residency in the same parent’s name

● Returning Students MUST provided two of the following proofs of residency in the same parent’s name
– Mortgage or lease. (A lease MUST show the date of the lease for this school year and show a signature page for both parties involved.
– Current car tag registration
– Land deed
– Current driver’s license
– Voter registration card
– Utility bill( can only accept a bill with the last 30 days to include electric, gas, or water. The bill can not have a disconnect notice).

● All kindergarten students must provide a shot record and birth certificate

● All entering seventh grade students must upload an updated form 121 shot record to show the Tdap vaccination.
