I hope everyone had a great week, it has been good this way. Friday night a lot of us met at Bro Grant Coffey’s house to practice some songs for Sunday night. We played out on the deck and had a wonderful time

I didn’t get to go to church Sunday. I hurt my foot and haven’t been able to walk very well. Rossalan took notes for me though from Pastor Coffey’s sermon.

• Life is hard but it can always be worse. The difference can made in how we handle.

• The Bible refers to the troubles of life as trials and tribulations

• Trials: things, experiences or situations that test a persons faith, endurance or self control.
Job 1:1-12

• God is the one that keeps the devil in check and at bay, as it is shown in Job’s story.

• Job through all the things the devil put him through still worshipped and praised God.
• When you go through trials and tribulations, do you still worship God in the middle of the storm?

Sunday night we met and went through the sermon and had a music praise and worship. I hate that I missed it. I love music night and always try to participate.
