Mark Your Calendar For Third Annual City-Wide Yard Sale

WATER VALLEY – Mark your calendars for the return of what is becoming one of Water Valley’s most-anticipated events – the third annual City-Wide Yard Sale. Sponsored by Mulberry Lane Resale Shoppe, the event is set for Saturday, Oct. 12, from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Event organizer Katelynn Dillard is currently taking submissions from individual sellers and local businesses interested in participating in the sale. Sellers have the option to hold their yard sale on their property or reserve a booth in one of the collective markets that will be located at Courthouse Commons and at Railroad Park. County residents interested in selling are encouraged to sign up for one of these alternate locations, as the official sale map will only include locations within the city limits.

Those who sign up by Sept. 30 will be included on the official yard sale map that will be distributed to shoppers, showing the exact locations of individual yard sales throughout the city. There will be a small vendor fee to be included on the map..

In its first two years, the event has been a huge success, with dozens of participating vendors attracting a large crowd of local and out-of-town customers. With all the positive feedback she’s received, Dillard anticipates a record-breaking number of participants this year.

“The City-Wide Yard Sale brings our community together in a special way. It’s not just about finding great deals—it’s about neighbors connecting and showcasing the vibrant spirit of Water Valley,” said Dillard. “We’re excited to see even more participants this year and look forward to making this the best event yet.”
