I hope it’s been a great week for everyone. Things have been good at Mt. Liberty Church and we have a lot of things in the works to stay busy. Rossalan told me Sunday she and Taylor have started a Bible study. Right now it’s small but she’s hoping more friends will join.

Bro. Grant Coffey brought us a much needed message Sunday morning. Are we good stewards of the blessings God has given us. In Genesis 1:26-31 we see God gave us everything. He gave us dominion over all things. We’re polluting the water and the air, cutting down trees, destroying ecosystems. Animals are going extinct. Greed has taken over.

This is just environmental. In 2 Peter 1:3 he has given us all things that pertain to life and godliness of Him. Are we good stewards of our time? Our time is limited. How are we using it? God gave us a perfect body, a medical wonder. Do we take care of it? He hand-picked our children for us. Do we teach them and train them? Do we take time for them?

We have a beautiful church. We can praise and worship freely. Do we tithe properly? Are we grateful for it? Are we appreciative of all the things God blessed us with? We need to do a self-examination and answer these questions.

I pray the rest of the week finds you all blessed. And I hope you know how blessed you are and are grateful for it. God, the Creator of all things, loves you so much He wants to bless you. Our works is not what brings about good things. It’s all from God. Even if you work 60 hours a week, you couldn’t do it without God. If you’re looking for a home church, we invite you to join us.
