Planning Continues For Coffeeville Day Celebration

The Coffeeville Day Celebration Committee is working hard to make the Coffeeville Day celebration a huge success on Saturday, October 7. The main event will be the blues band featuring Nathaniel Kimble. 


The Newest Events


• The gathering of former classes from the Coffeeville School District; former classes will have an area to gather to get reacquainted with class members. Please reserve your spot by registering and paying a $25 registration fee, other donations from the classes will be greatly appreciated. 


• Coffee Dish Recipes. A judging contest will be held for your coffee dishes, desserts etc. So begin to look for your coffee recipes and participate in this event. There is no cost to participate in this event.  These items will be judged and winners will be announced. (More information to follow later.)


A t-shirt design has been approved and t-shirts should go on sale within the next two weeks.

• Arts and crafts vendors

• Food vendors

• Car/motorcycles shows

• Local bands

• Praise dances


Applications for food, car show, arts and crafts booths and classes registrations can be picked up at the town hall.


To enter the car or motorcycle show there will be a $10 fee.


To rent a food booth the cost will be as follows:

• Regular Spot, $50 

• Spot with electricity. $75

To rent an arts & crafts booth the cost will be as follows:

• Card table spot, $25

• 10 X 10 spot, $50

• Spot with electricity, $75


** All vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, tents etc. 


** All checks should be made payable to Coffeeville Day Celebration. 


Our next business meeting will be held at the Town Hall on Saturday September 16, 2017 at 10:00 a.m., the meeting is open to the public. We are still in need for other volunteers.
