COFFEEVILLE – The public is cordially invited to attend the Mike Ayers Memorial Bench Dedication at the Coffeeville Public Library on Sunday, Oct. 26, at 2 p.m., with a reception to follow. The Friends of the Coffeeville Library recently purchased a bench in memory of Mike, who served as Friends president from 2013 to 2017.
A dedicated supporter of reading and the library, Mike also served his community in numerous other ways, including as an alderman for the Town of Coffeeville from 2007 until his death in 2022.
Following the bench dedication, the Friends of the Library will host a reception in the library. The public is invited to attend both the dedication and reception.
