Yalobusha Greenways Alliance Invites Community To Meeting

WATER VALLEY – The Yalobusha Greenways Alliance (YGA) will hold its quarterly public meeting on Thursday, December 4 at 5:30 p.m. at the Civic. Community members are encouraged to attend, learn about ongoing trail development efforts, and share feedback as work continues to expand the Yalobusha Greenway.

As YGA moves into its next phase of development, community support remains essential. Grants for trail projects have become increasingly competitive, and federal funding for outdoor infrastructure has tightened, making local donations a critical part of sustaining progress.

Through the “Giving to the Greenway” initiative, YGA is asking residents, businesses, and supporters to help move the Greenway forward. Contributions will directly support trail maintenance, additional amenities and landscaping, and Greenway expansion efforts.
