Nelson – Findley Will Wed On June 13

 Mrs. Kay Nelson of Oxford announces the engagement and forth coming marriage of her daughter, Greer Nelson, to Dusty Finley, son of Donnie Finley and Sonya Finley of Pontotoc. Miss Nelson’s father is the late Tommy Nelson.

    The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Eppsie and Kate Greer of Water Valley and the late H. D. and Dorothy Nelson of Oxford. Miss Nelson is a graduate of the University of Mississippi. She is presently employed by the Lafayette County School District as a teacher.

    The groom-elect is a grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Olbern Finley of Pontotoc and Ms. Karla Vanlandingham of Sulphur, Oklahoma. Mr. Finley is a graduate of Mississippi State University. He is presently employed by the Lafayette County School District as a teacher and coach.

    Wedding vows will be said at five-thirty in the afternoon Saturday, June 13, 2009, in Union West Baptist Church. A reception will follow at 6:30 p.m. at Cedar Oaks.
