Indictments Served From Grand Jury Sessions
WATER VALLEY – Law enforcement officers have almost completed serving paperwork on a lengthy list of people indicted by grand juries in the first and second judicial districts in Yalobusha County last month. A few indictments have not been served and remained sealed. As with all cases, the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
The indictments include:
• Anthony Zane McMinn, one count of aggravated domestic assault and one count of kidnapping;
• Anthony Zane McMinn, one count of aggravated domestic assault;
• Eric Eugene Riley, two counts of fondling – habitual.
• Chace Preston Good-win, one count of possession of cocaine;
• Kris Longstreet, one count of fondling;
• Juana Brinson, one count of burglary of a building other than a dwelling;
• Eric Stacy, one count for burglary of a building other than a dwelling and one count of grand larceny.
• Mark Steven Ragon, one count of attempted aggravated assault, one count of robbery and one count of felony malicious mischief;
• Corey O’Neil Sims, one count of aggravated assault;
• Jamie Antionette Cooper, one count of aggravated assault;
• James Steven Gray, one count of accessory after the fact;
• Jermone Jenkins, one count of possession with intent;
• Dunta Lutrel Phillips, one count of attempted burglary of a building other than a dwelling and one count of possession of burglary tools;
• James Alton Kennedy, one count of sexual battery;
• James Alton Kennedy, one count of possession of methamphetamine;
•Holly Box, possession of methamphetamine;
• Johnathan Gerod Tel-ford, one count of sexual battery,
• Tyrone Horton, one count of statutory rape;
• Billy Mack Ingram, one count of burglary of a building other than a dwelling and one count of grand larceny;
• Sonya Gray, one count of leaving the scene of an accident which caused bodily injury;
