Indictments Served From June 8 Grand Jury Hearings In C’ville And Water Valley
WATER VALLEY – Law enforcement officers have almost completed serving paperwork on a lengthy list of people indicted by grand juries in the First and Second judicial districts in Yalobusha County held June 8. A few indictments have not been served and remained sealed. As with all cases, the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
The indictments that have been served include:
• Jasmine Robinson, burglary of a vehicle and burglary of a dwelling;
• Jerry Jerome Birks, count one – conspiracy, count two – armed robbery and count three – aggravated assault;
• Joseph Dale Savage, count 1 – Possession of methamphetamine, count two – possession of cocaine;
• Joseph Dale Savage, count 1 – sale of methamphetamine, count two – possession of cocaine, count three – possess of methamphetamine;
• Jessica Leann Connell, fraudulent statements to a state agency;
• Eric Eugene Riley, count one – conspiracy to tampering with a witness, count two, tampering with a witness;
• Ezra Hall, count one – conspiracy to tampering with a witness, count two, tampering with a witness;
• Mitchell Eric Rosamond, count one – conspiracy, count two – possession of methamphetamine;
• Johanna Logan, possession of methamphetamine, .10 gram, less than two grams;
• William Kenneth Jackson, possession of firearm by a convicted felon;
• Laurence Covington, count one – possession of methamphetamine, count two – possession of methamphetamine; and
• Frank Russell Owens, possession of methamphetamine.
