WATER VALLEY – Scheduling is underway for a series of community engagement meetings next month to allow public input into the implementation of a long-range plan to guide future growth in Yalobusha County. Supervisors scheduled three meetings in different areas of the county to ensure everyone will have an opportunity to speak about the plan. The meetings are tentatively set for the week of Sept. 11 on  separate nights  in Coffeeville, Oakland and Water Valley at 7 p.m. A fourth meeting is also tentatively scheduled on August 29, with the Stennis Institute of Govern-ment and  Community Development coming to the county to speak on the issue.
