Church Calendar of Events

February 9 

Greater Sanders Chapel is inviting everyone to be a part of their Black History celebration, “Facing Reality Black History.” The night of poetry is February 9, beginning at 6:30 p.m. There will be poetry recited, praise dancing, a short skit and inspirational singing featuring Sis. Tricanna McGee. Bro. Ken Robinson will also present his original work of poetry. Also Greater Sanders Chapel’s own Sis. Lauren Burgess Harris will present her original work of poems. 

February 10 – 13

A winter revival at Turkey Creek Baptist Church begins Sunday, February 10 at 5:30 p.m. and continues Monday through Wednesday at 7 p.m. Bro. John Stewart will be the speaker for the entire event. Everyone is welcome!

February 17

Jones Chapel Church, located in Grenada, will have their Usher Program February 17, beginning at 2:30 p.m. Rev. Carl Ray, pastor of Union Grove and Mt. Oliver Churches, will be the special guest. 

   “Everyone is invited to attend,” stated Rev. Riley Suggs, pastor.

The church family at Pine Grove West M.B. Church will have their History Program on February 17, beginning at 2:30 p.m. The guest speaker will be Pastor Ira Leverson of Sardis. 

“Everyone is invited to come and share this special program with us,” stated Pastor Cleveland Alexander and the Pine Grove Church family.

February 23

   Ladies, if you missed the first conference you do not want to miss this one. On February 23, DeBorah’s Ministry will be hosting their 2nd Conference entitled, “Created for Greatness” at Bayson Chapel Church near Water Valley.

Speakers for this event will  be Prophetess Trina Hall-Rockett, Evangelist Nekeya Sanders, and the founder of DeBorah’s Ministry, Minister Jessica Cox Daniels. We are inviting all of the women in the community to come out and receive what God has placed on the hearts of each speaker. 

Registration will begin at 9:45 a.m. and the program will start at 10 a.m. Lunch will be served. Ladies, come expecting God to meet you here!
