Sign Up Now for 4th Annual City-Wide Yard Sale

WATER VALLEY – Fall is almost here, and you know what that means, yard sale season!
Mark your calendars, the 4th annual City-Wide Yard Sale, sponsored by Mulberry Lane Resale Shoppe, is set for Saturday, Oct. 18, from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Event organizer Katelynn Dillard is currently taking submissions from individuals, organizations, and local businesses interested in participating in the sale day extravaganza. Sellers have the option to hold their yard sale on their property or reserve a booth at one of the collective flea markets, which will be located at Railroad Park and the Courthouse Commons shopping center.

Those who sign up by Sept. 30 will be included on the official yard sale map that will be distributed to shoppers, both digitally and in print, showing the exact locations of individual yard sales throughout the city.

In its first three years, the event has been a huge success, with dozens of participating vendors attracting a large crowd of local and out-of-town customers. With all the positive feedback she’s received, Dillard anticipates a record-breaking number of participants and shoppers this year.

“The City-Wide Yard Sale brings our community together in a special way. It’s not just about finding great deals—it’s about neighbors connecting and showcasing the vibrant spirit of Water Valley,” said Dillard. “We’re getting started with sign ups and advertisements early this year, to make it the best yard sale event yet.”
